5 minute habits

What would you really love to do, but feel overwhelmed by when you consider the time commitment needed?

Do you have a habit that you would like to change, but become disheartened when you consider the long-term commitment required?

Do you have a project that when you think about it, you become intimidated into not starting because it seems too large?

Choose something that if you spent over 30 hours doing it would really make a difference to the end result.

For example, do you want to learn a new language, write a book, get fitter, or have more quality time with friends or family? Whatever you want, what could you do that would only take five minutes a day but ultimately make a real difference? You can all spare just five minutes, are you prepared to make that five-minutes count.
