Focusing on success

We alter our diets one meal at a time, build relationships one conversation at a time or change our smoking habits one cigarette at a time.
Our successes and failures are determined by habitual behaviours and thought patterns. Experience shows that we get more of the things that we focus on.

Complete the following exercise for a month and notice how focusing on your successes produces many more.

Top three achievements of the day Why was it an achievement? What impact will further success in this area have? What could you also do to build on this success? What will you do tomorrow?
