  • If a complaint occurs, resolve it quickly, exceeding the customer’s expectations
  • Contact your customers regularly with a newsletter, special offers and request referrals
  • Thank each customer who makes a referral with a token gift
  • Make sure all aspects of the building, team and literature represent you well
  • Make sure all customer facing staff are well presented
